About Dr. Linda Ford

By revealing the invisible patterns in their organizations, Dr. Linda Ford has shown hundreds of executives how to successfully drive organizational performance. 

With over 30 years of corporate experience, Linda has a vast expertise in organizations. She spent 14 years in large global corporations working in almost every function in the company, including sales, marketing, product management, and development. Most recently, in 15 years of consulting work, she has worked with organizations to achieve performance outcomes such as:
- Saving millions of dollars in inventory costs
- Turning a cost center to a profit center and
- Reducing time to market for new products.

Linda also earned her PhD in Human and Organization Systems.

And, she raised two teenagers as a single mom and lived to tell the tale!
